I campioni del tour ASP, affiancati dai nuovo ingressi nel tour e dai campioni Wqs, hanno ricevuto gli onori sabato sera 24 febbraio durante il banchetto di inaugurazione al World Tour 2007.
Presenti anche le star del presente e del passato e diversi personaggi influenti del surf internazionale.
Al centro dell’attenzioni i campioni Kelly Slater, con il suo ottavo titolo, e Laybe Beachley con il settimo.
