Redman-carr eliminata dall’havaianas beachley classic

E’ stato uno schock l’eliminazione di Melanie Redman-Carr, attuale numero uno in classifica, dal terzo round dell’Havaianas Beachley Classic da parte della wild card Stephanie Gilmore.
Non potevano sperare di meglio Layne Beachley e Chelsea Georgeson rimaste in gara per cercare di accaparrarsi la posizione più alta in classifica mondiale.
Le due rivali, rispettivamente sei volte campionessa del mondo e attuale detentrice del titolo mondiale, si incontreranno ora in semifinale per la battaglia più importante del contest, mentre Stephanie Gilmore incontrerà Sofia Mulanovich, già campionessa del mondo nel 2004.
